Refund policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or use
Items with removed, damaged, or ripped tags are not eligible for refund or return.
FERHANI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
FRAGRANCE POLICY
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all fragrance sales are final once opened or used.
Fragrances may only qualify for return or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
FERHANI reserves the right to refuse returns for fragrances that have been opened, tested, or used.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Worn or used items
- Items returned without original tags
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Final sale items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Sale items and discounted products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, customers must contact us at support.ferhani@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided by FERHANI.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
QUALITY CONTROL
All FERHANI products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to help ensure that items are delivered in proper condition.
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support.ferhani@gmail.com with your order information and supporting photos.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, FERHANI will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
FERHANI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
