PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during product launches, restocks, holidays, sales periods, or high order volume.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery estimates.

FERHANI offers free standard shipping on orders of $100 USD or more.
Free shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.
FERHANI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
FERHANI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues or claims.
Please note that shipping carriers may photograph deliveries as proof of delivery.
