SHIPPING
FERHANI offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
FERHANI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Refunds will not be issued for items with removed, damaged, or ripped tags, or for items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage.
FERHANI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
FRAGRANCE POLICY
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all fragrance sales are final once opened or used.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, fragrances may only be eligible for return or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
FERHANI reserves the right to refuse returns for fragrances that have been opened, tested, or used.
